Durst Group has been honored with four EDP Awards 2026, one of the printing industry’s most respected recognitions for technological innovation. Presented by the European Digital Press Association (EDP) during the recent FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona, the awards recognize excellence across hardware, software, inks, and industrial vision.
The four awards which Durst received are: Best Flatbed/Hybrid 150–400 m2/h for the Durst P5 350 CORE; Corrugated Board – Digital/Hybrid – Multipass for the Durst P5 SMP; Best UV Ink for Durst Prysma LED Entera Inks; and Industry Achievement Award for the Durst Open Software Initiative, Together, these recognitions reflect Durst’s unique approach of combining hardware, software, consumables and workflow intelligence into a single production ecosystem.
The P5 350 CORE makes industrial printing technology more accessible to the mid-market, offering a reliable, scalable and future-ready industrial platform built on the proven Durst P5 architecture.
The P5 SMP is a highly productive and flexible solution for corrugated applications. It is designed for customers who need high productivity and flexibility, without the limitations that single-pass-only approaches can impose.
At the same time, the recognition for Prysma LED Entera Inks highlights Durst’s continuous investment in application-driven innovation, enabling customers to achieve stable, high-quality production across a broad range of applications.
The Industry Achievement Award for the Open Software Initiative recognizes a broader ambition — a printing industry that is more open, interoperable and connected, built on transparent data flows across the entire production chain.

The recognition comes during a milestone year for Durst Group. Founded in Brixen/Bressanone in 1936, the company celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2026, marking nine decades of innovation and transformation—from its origins in photographic technology to its position today as a global leader in industrial digital printing and additive manufacturing.
Throughout the year, Durst has continued to advance its strategic vision through the introduction of new technologies, including Kyveris, its strong presence at FESPA 2026, and preparations for the Durst Next Technology Festival, which will take place in Brixen/Bressanone on 26 June 2026. The company is also expanding its capabilities in textile printing through Durst Como, the new center of excellence created following the integration of Aleph.
